Re: Client letters

Written to the firm after the matter closed.

Twelve letters from clients whose placement the firm handled, each sent after the closing evaluation was signed. The firm cites clients as it does in its own files, by surname and initial. Program and state follow each letter so the matter nearest your own is easy to find.

Re: Filter

Twelve letters, by program.

★★★★★Two firms had promised me a family practice and delivered a physician assistant my program would not accept. The clinical partner here checked the license against my handbook before anyone was approached. The engagement was signed in twelve days.
Vanterpool, M.FNP · Ohio
★★★★★My field placement needed an instructor who could sign the school's learning contract. The partner book had one who had done so for my program the year before, and the packet went in the school's own template.
Oyelowo, T.MSW · Indiana
★★★★★The behavioral partner ruled that a telehealth site would fail my program's supervision clause, in writing, before it was offered. That letter is the reason I graduated on time.
Mbatha, L.PMHNP · Kentucky
★★★★★The hospital had engaged with my program before, so my acute-care hours were never in doubt, and the firm dated my compliance file beyond the last day of the term. The unit never asked me for a single renewal.
Kowalczyk, A.AGACNP · Pennsylvania
★★★★☆The residency mentor held the doctorate my school required and the mentor form went in by the date. One site evaluation ran late and the associate chased it the same week.
Haugland, H.DNP · Wisconsin
★★★★★Counseling internships need supervision the licensing board accepts, which is a stricter test than the program's. The firm applied the stricter test. The site passed it.
Nakashima, R.CMHC · Illinois
★★★★★My internship was with a hospital administrator still in practice, under an engagement letter my school's affiliation office had seen from this firm before.
Ferrante, G.MHA · Michigan
★★★★★The weekly letter told me what was filed and what was next. When my preceptor left mid-term, the second site was already in the book and the hours carried forward.
Vermeulen, S.PMHNP · Missouri
★★★★★A leadership practicum needs an administrator who will sign an evaluation every two weeks. The engagement letter said so, and the clinic did so.
Quiñones, P.MSN Leadership · Texas
★★★★★Approved supervision for a family-therapy practicum is the scarce thing. The partner book held a site thirty minutes from home whose supervisor my program had already accepted.
Pennington, E.MFT · North Carolina
★★★★★The community practicum was engaged with a county clinic that knew my program's forms better than I did. Nothing had to be explained twice.
Olawale, K.BSN · Georgia
★★★★☆Applied practice hours in a health department under a written schedule. My preceptor changed halfway; the substitution clause in the engagement letter covered it without a gap.
Sørensen, I.MPH · Colorado
Re: Your matter

The next letter is yours to write.

Program, state, term. The partner reads the handbook before a single clinic is approached.
